Truth and Transformation: Changing Racial Narratives in Media is a two-day statewide conference, March 19-20, 2019 at Hamline University, aimed at helping news professionals uncover their own biases and assumptions, and amplifying community solutions to narrative change. Participants will come back together on Tuesday, April 23rd to reflect, connect, and discuss action planning.

This project is an MHC partnership with Minnesota Public Radio (MPR), Hamline University, KMOJ, Pillsbury United Communities, and ThreeSixty Journalism. The project is funded in part by the Saint Paul and Minnesota Foundations, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, and the Legacy Amendment of the State of Minnesota.
