Package Rates

All packages include: space in one of our meeting rooms, free wireless internet; free parking; an ADA compliant, smoke-free facility; historic building located in a park setting; no added gratuities. Minnesota sales tax is additional, if renter is not exempt from sales tax.

Breakout and support spaces are available for an additional charge.

Half-Day

Morning Meeting Package typically 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Includes continental breakfast and luncheon (beverages, starter, main entrée, and dessert).

Afternoon Meeting Package typically 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Includes luncheon and afternoon break service (beverages and two items from our snack menu).

Standard Rate: $47.00 per person per day
Government/Nonprofit Rate: $42 per person per day
20-person minimum for weekend events

Full-Day

Full-Day Meeting Package typically 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Includes continental breakfast, luncheon (beverages, starter, main entrée, and dessert), and afternoon break service (beverages and two items from our snack menu).

Standard Rate: $67.00 per person per day
Government/Nonprofit Rate: $62 per person per day
20-person minimum for weekend events

Evening

Evening Meeting Package typically 5:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
Includes dinner (beverages, starter, main entrée, and dessert) and evening break service (beverages and two items from our snack menu).

Standard Rate: $47.00 per person per day
Government/Nonprofit Rate: $42 per person per day
20-person minimum for evening events

Custom Events

Shorter meetings, receptions, and special events also may be arranged at the Minnesota Humanities Event Center. Custom prices are quoted on an event-by-event basis.
